However, she lived most of her childhood years in Greenwich.She is an American author of romance,horror,mystery for tennagers.She never graduated from college. She went on to be a mother and wife. She has written over 60 books beginning with Safe as the Grave in 1979. She has three grown children and three grandchildren. For many years she was a church organist and accompanied the choirs at her children’s schools.
About the book: The Face on the Milk Carton is a book about Janie Johnson, a 15 years old student in Connecticut. During the lunch she looks at the missing child picture on her friend's milk carton and recognizes the girl in the picture .The girls in the picture was her.On the milk carton it says that Jennie Spring, was kidnapped in a shopping mall in New Jersey 12 years ago.That afternoon she starts to flashbacks of a house and a family and herself as a little girl. Her memory from the day of the kidnapping is of herself and a family shoe shopping. She couldn't believe that her parents would have kidnapped her.
